DevHero Shop is dedicated to delivering quality apparel to the heroic developer community. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Please return items in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned. Sale items are also considered final sale and are non-returnable.

Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@devhero.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions and a Return Authorization number.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
4. Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
